I always grew bored around two-hundred, so I started making up small occurancies within the count to make it interesting enough to bother with continuing doing it. Which of course sabotages the entire point of counting sheep in the first place. It was fun, though, especially for five-years-old-me, to make up big ram's suddenly being counted and then having to withdraw some sheep from the count because a lot of lambs were scared by the arrival of the rams and ran off, or wolves coming in and eating sheep, causing hell for my count as I didn't know whether or not to count the wolves, and whether or not sheep inside wolf counted. Counting sheep never worked for me either, by the way.
